The two-piece design consists of a four-inch diameter, high-impact polyethylene tube with UV inhibitors to resist fading and a 100% recycled rubber base. The large handle makes for fast deployment, and a built-in knob works as a caution tape wrap. Two bands of reflective tape provide good night visibility and are recessed to prevent damage.
There are grab handles for moving and transport and a reinforced bolt hole for warning lights.
