This 45" tall, 3-1/2" diameter delineator is made from 100% impact-resistant, low-density polyethylene with UV inhibitors, which resists fading. The LED flasher is actuated by a built-in on/off switch and powered by four D cell batteries (sold separately) in the tube base. Two 3" bands of high-intensity reflective sheeting provide additional visibility and are recessed to prevent damage.
